Steuben County Bone Builders

Many factors make the risk of falling higher for people as they grow older. These risk factors can be addressed, though, and one prevention tactic is exercise. The Bone Builders exercise program is based on research from Tufts University about the risks of falling and the preventive measures that can be taken to avoid it. Clinical research shows that a challenging, progressive strength-training program can build muscles and increase strength in men and women.  In addition, participation can reduce the risk of osteoporosis as well as prevent further deterioration of bones.
