Description: These sessions are led by Ms. Karen, a certified YOGA instructor. We will practice mindful stretching, yoga poses, breathing exercises and guided sensory relaxation practices to promote body awareness, self-regulation, emotional and self-awareness, flexibility, endurance and strength.
