A commitment to service excellence is at the heart of Pro Action’s organizational culture. Performance tracking is embedded in the agency’s culture and processes. In fact, funders give Pro Action high ratings for effectiveness and professionalism in tracking program data. We don’t just collect data for funders; we use it to continuously learn and improve. Each department emphasizes quality through staff professional development as well as professional accreditation and credentials. As a whole, the agency met all 57 of the National Organizational Standards for Community Action programs and all of the 199 state Standards of Excellence.
